Terms of Service

Welcome to the EPFR Gamecenter. By creating an account and participating in our Pick'em Challenge or Power Rankings, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility & Registration

• Age: You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide a valid email address. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited to ensure fair competition.
• Cost: Participation is entirely free of charge.

2. Community Rules & Fair Play

To keep the Gamecenter fun for everyone, we enforce the following rules:

• Usernames: Must not be offensive, hateful, or infringe on third-party rights (e.g., brand names).
• No Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit bugs, or use automated scripts to submit predictions will lead to an immediate ban.
• Respect: Power Rankings and community features must be used respectfully.

3. Pick'em Challenge & Prizes

• Deadlines: Predictions must be submitted before the official kickoff of each game. The server time is the final authority.
• Prizes: If prizes are offered, they are provided "as is" by our partners or EPFR. There is no legal claim to a prize.
• Contact: Winners will be notified via the email address used at registration. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited.

4. Account Termination & Deletion

• Right to Ban: We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
• User Request: You can request the deletion of your account at any time by sending an email to the address listed in our Imprint. We will process your request manually.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Gamecenter is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or the accuracy of real-time stats. We are not responsible for lost predictions due to technical issues beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the Gamecenter after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
