Submitting your profile to the EPFR Free Agency Center is completely free and designed with a strict privacy-first approach.

⚠️ Crucial Security Notice

Immediately after submitting your profile, our system sends an email containing your personal management link. Because we do not use passwords or user accounts for players, this link is your only key to edit, update, or delete your profile later. Do not delete this email, do not lose it, and never share your link with anyone else!

• Fill out your personal details, physical specifications, combine metrics, and career history (Vita) easily through the submission form.
• To protect your privacy, we do not store any message history or chat logs on our servers. When a coach contacts you, our system acts purely as a secure email relay, keeping your private address hidden until you choose to reply.
• Once you have signed with a club or found a job, simply click your management link at any time to instantly delete your profile or set it to inactive.

How to get the Verified Checkmark (✓)

To ensure maximum security and authenticity for recruiters, player and coach profiles can be manually verified by the EPFR administration.

Once you have submitted your profile, simply reach out to us directly via Instagram (@epfr_official) or via our support channel with a brief proof of identity, and we will verify your listing!

For Recruiters

Contact candidates securely. Inquiries are relayed straight to the candidate's personal inbox, ensuring smooth communication without public clutter.

• Register using your official club email address and submit a verification proof.
• Recruiter accounts are manually reviewed and approved by EPFR administration to safeguard sensitive athletic contact informations.
• Conversations with candidates you've contacted are not stored by EPFR. EPFR acts solely as a secure email hub in this context. You will not receive the candidate's email address until they have responded to your request.
• Bookmark prospective free agents from listings and track your contact progress in your personal Watchlist dashboard.
• Add private notes to free agents on your watchlist.
• As a representative of your team, you can also post events such as training camps or combines on our site!
